The Power Press Tone & Burn Workout is a 10 week program split between 3 different phases, Start Up (3 weeks), Rev Up (3 weeks), and Explosion (4 weeks) which is designed to focus on total body strength and conditioning, for all fitness levels.
Each workout and phase incorporates targeted muscle workouts using the Power Press board alongside both plyometric/cardio and ab/core exercises.
In just 30 minutes a day, you will develop muscles, build upper and lower body strength, burn calories, and lose weight.
